PARTIAL DE-LISTING OF NEWGOLD DEBENTURES                                        
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 1,600,000           
debentures. The de-listing is as a result of the redemption of approximately    
15,523.21 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.                                     
Following the de-listing there will be 128,436,300 NewGold debentures in issue, 
referencing approximately 1,246,090 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
